Help Wanted: Addressing Labor Shortages and Challenges in the Construction Industry


Colorado’s growth rate is booming, fueling the need for more housing, commercial space, infrastructure and repairs. Along with this need for improvements and new construction comes the need for labor in the construction industry. Employment growth in the Colorado construction industry is expected to reach 50%, which translates to nearly 50,000 jobs that need to be filled in the specialty trade fields. Join us as we learn from a panel of experts in the construction industry about the challenges of finding adequate labor to meet current and anticipated demand, and how these challenges are being addressed here in Colorado.
