What is your favorite part of CREW?  If you are a new member, why did you join CREW?  It is a place for like-minded business women to connect. Supporting and promoting other women is something I’m very excited about, as well as gaining mentorship and insight from successful women as I navigate my career.

What do you like to do in your spare time?  Hobbies?  My passion outside of work is health and fitness! Working out, whether it is a spin class, yoga, running, hiking a mountain, or pilates, is a part of my everyday life. I teach high-intensity pilates at a local studio. I equally love getting outdoors and staying in with a good book.

Are you a Colorado native? If a not, where are you from and how did you end up in Colorado?  Yes, I am a unicorn and a Colorado native! I grew up in the Southwest corner of Colorado in Durango until attending college at CU Boulder. I later moved to Denver and have never left since!

What is your favorite spot in Denver (or surrounding areas)?  I am a huge fan of the Rino neighborhood and all of the fun development going on there. I recently moved to Cole, which is the neighborhood right next door to Rino. I hope to explore it a bit more as I settle in. It’s a very cool historic area of Denver!

What food, dessert or treat can you NOT resist?  This one’s tough because there are a lot! But I’d say I’m a sucker for donuts. Also popcorn and chips. More salty than sweet!

What is your dream vacation?  Somewhere near water – on a lake or beach!

What is your favorite motivational quote to inspire you at work?  “What you are afraid to do is a clear indication of the next thing you need to do.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
