When you hear the term “value-add” applied to real estate deals, what does that mean?  Developers and real estate firms have strategies to add value to land deals by capitalizing on placemaking and creating visions for a unique and special place.  They work with various stakeholders and planning firms to inspire, reimagine and reinvent their land.  Our panel of speakers will share their stories and strategies on what it means to be a value-add firm.
