Come experience the changing look of Lower Downtown with the new Market Station project. This new build development consists of 2-acre site featuring 85,000sf of retail, 90,000sf of office, and 225 market rate apartments. Developed by Continuum Partners, the project is being constructed around the historic RTD building on Blake Street and will provide full block of retail, residential, office, food and beverage defined by 16th, 17th, Blake and Market Streets.

Proper clothing and shoes will be required and additional details will be sent to registered attendees.

Registration will close Friday, May 10th if the event does not sell out before then.  The tour has a maximum capacity of 40 registrants.
