To close out Mental Health Awareness Month, take a moment and join CREW Denver for a meditation sound bath at Samadhi Yoga Sangha in Uptown.
Sound bowls, chimes, and gongs are played to ease you into a blissful state of relaxation. Different tones correspond with different energy centers in the body. Some participants experience reduced pain, more peace, better sleep, and an overall increase in their general wellbeing. Simply listen and enjoy the vibrational experience.
